Our ski training program was developed to give you the core strength, explosive power, stability, balance, and endurance you need to get the most out of a powder day, skin to the summit to master the bumps.   At Athletic Republic, we concentrate on only one thing: creating better athletes. 
THE FUNDAMENTALS: 
POWER, BALANCE, STAMINA, AND AWARENESS

The ideal skiing position requires a great deal of balance, power, strength and stamina.  It requires powerful ankle dorsiflexors, strong core and pelvic musculature, indefatigable quads, glutes, and hamstrings, the awareness for independent foot movement, and the ability to seamlessly adapt to changing demands.

The Athletic Republic Ski Training Program focuses on the fundamentals of ski technique and athleticism using a "bottom up" approach that starts at the feet and moves up from there. This ski-specific training perfectly complements Athletic Republic's science-based training and focus on dynamic hip stability, biomechanics, and power development.  An epic ski season begins before the first turn and it begins at Athletic Republic
